About Summit Dog Chews

My name’s Cooper. I’m a yellow labrador retriever, a world-class napper, and an unapologetic couch hog. I love running, swimming, hiking, chasing birds, and sampling antlers straight out of the inventory box. Technically, I work here at Summit Dog Chews—but let’s be honest, the humans do all the actual work. I’m just here for "quality control" (which apparently is frowned upon when you eat the product before it ships).

It all started on a ski lift…

Back in 2011, my parents were riding a chairlift in Utah and decided they needed a dog to join them on all their outdoor adventures. By November 2012, they brought home the cutest, chunkiest pup the world has ever seen (spoiler alert: me). From that moment on, I became their built-in hiking buddy, mud-track specialist, and resident furniture destroyer.

When I was a pup, I loved to chew—everything. In a desperate attempt to save their furniture, they searched for a healthy, durable chew toy I wouldn't destroy in seconds. They noticed I was naturally drawn to the decorative antlers they had collected on hikes, and after a deep dive into research, they realized that antlers weren’t just long-lasting—they were rich in calcium and minerals and even helped clean my teeth.

Watching me happily gnaw away sparked the idea for Summit Dog Chews. My humans decided to source the highest-quality, naturally shed antlers so other pups could enjoy the same healthy, satisfying chews I loved. Today, we offer a full range of long-lasting chews for dogs of all sizes and chewing styles.

Me? I'm still in charge of morale... and sneakily sampling inventory.
